for Word Processing
- Center the title using the
allignment tool.
- Indent the first word of a
paragraph using the tab key.
- Use
the space bar to put 2 spaces
between the end punctuation of one sentence and the beginning capital
letter of the next.
- Captialize the first letter
of each sentence.
- Word
processing programs have a spell checking program in the Tool menu; the
newer ones also check grammar. These programs will
underline a word or words in red if they are spelled incorrectly.
Green underlining signals a grammar error.
